The Clock Tower, a location found in the Country of Hearts, is the only neutral location. Home to Julius, the clockmaker, the Tower is where all broken clocks (dead faceless) are sent to get fixed (reborn). Clock Tower currently only appears in the Country of Hearts and has not yet made appearance in any other.
